Sprout Palooza - The Show Must Go On

The others come back to get Star.

NICHOLAS: Star, are you coming?
ANN: Yeah, the show is gonna start pretty soon.
STAR: Oh dear!
CHICA: Squeak squeak squeak, squeak? (What happened, Star?)
STAR: Well, I wanted to give Taylor some privacy, so, I closed the door, but, I, (inhales; voice gets higher) but, I, (inhales; voice gets even higher) but, I,

Jamie Foxx, the stage manager, walks to the door, not knowing it’s stuck.

JAMIE: Taylor, you're on in 30 seconds.
TAYLOR: Jamie, I can’t get out - the door’s stuck!
JAMIE: What? But, didn’t the repair man come to fix it already?

Inside the dressing room, where Taylor is stuck inside...

TAYLOR: Well, yes, but I’m also in here with Patty Pig and the other crew members

Outside the dressing room...

NOODLE: Star, did you trap them in there?
STAR: Yes, and I’m really, really sorry.
TAYLOR: It's okay, it's okay.
TURNER: But, everyone is out there waiting for the show to start and the host and the crew are trapped in there!
EASTON: Oh, no, it’s terrible! If they can’t get out, that means there’s no show, and, if there’s no show, then, all the people out there that came to see the show will be sad, and, if all the people were sad they might not go to work tomorrow and if they don’t go to work tomorrow the economy will collapse, and, if the economy collapses everyone will be DOOMED! Doomed, I tell ya! What should we do? Where’s the panic button
NOODLE: Easton, calm down, it's all gonna be okay.
BANJO: And, besides, it's just a tv show.
JAMIE: It's not just a TV show - it’s a music special. The regular scheduled program took the week off for us to broadcast this. We have to find another way for it to go on. We can’t call it off at the last minute!
STAR: Maybe, we can put on the show ourselves!
ANN: Us? Do the show?
NICHOLAS: But. Star, a lot goes into putting together a TV show.
ALEX: Yeah, you have to have camera people, the sound, editors, and mixers, the lighting, the directors, the stage manager,s the floor crew and, there: the people that work behind the scenes!
CHICA: Squeak squeak squeak, squeak! (And the host, too)
TAYLOR: She’s right there always should be a host

Taylor tries opening the door, but it’s jammed up.

STITCHES: Overall, Star, it’s a lot of hard work!
BUNJI: And we can’t do all those things at once!
STAR: Well, yeah, that’s true. Unless we have help from all of our friends to help us!
RICKY: I think I’m getting the idea, Star!
CURTIS: Me, too. We should have all our friends help out doing the show, and WE can host it!
XAVIER: Yeah, we can all make this up to fix this situation!
BEAN: And, with all of us working together, we’ll make the show really great!
ACIA: Let's, uhh, Do. This!
JAMIE: Alright, you're all hired!

The Sprout friends cheer.

JAMIE: Now, listen, gather up your friends and I’ll assign each of them with a different crew assignment while you all go and host the show. I’ll stay here to if I can get some help with them inside there. Now hurry!

And with that, the friends go out to start getting ready for the show.
