All About Waves

This is Waves the Sea Serpent, one of the favorite toys of Curtis' 8-year-old brother, Otis. Here are some things that tell us about him.

- Otis got Waves from Santa for Christmas when he was 4 years old.
- Waves takes breaths, moves his belly up and down, and can glow in the dark. He also makes white noise, thus making him perfect for Otis, given the latter's anxiety and autism, which was discovered 20 years after they first met.
- Waves is used at times when Otis has big feelings, is scared, or can't sleep.
- Otis also takes Waves with him almost everywhere, especially long car rides.
- These two are almost inseparable, but one time, Acia tried to take Waves from her big brother, and another, some of Otis' friends tried to take Waves from him.
- It's no wonder why Otis loves this little sea serpent so much.
