After the music video, Star is seen standing alone in the hallway; Turner spots him.
TURNER: I found him!
The Sprout friends run to Star.
CHICA: Squeak squeak squeak squeak squeak squeak, squeak? (Why did you run away, Star?)
STAR: Because I wrecked up everything on the stage
ANN: You didn’t mean to do that, Star. It was an accident.
Inside the dressing room...
PATTY: Come on, you can do it!
Taylor and crew members pull on a rope trying to open the door.
PATTY: Pull with all your might!
In the hallway...
NICHOLAS: We were all doing great out there! Star, you can’t give up now!
ALEX: And, itwas YOUR idea to have us run the show!
STAR: Everyone was having fun, celebrating 20 years of our 12 years on TV, and playing all the great music, and, now, it's messed up! Now we'll never be music tonight again, ever!
Star starts crying again
ACIA: Oh.
BEAN: Aww.
Meanwhile, back at the dressing room...
TAYLOR: Everybody stop! It sounds like Star's feeling really sad. Let’s listen very carefully.
PATTY: Okay.
In the hallway...
XAVIER: Don't cry, Star. I’m sure we’ll think of something!
STAR: There's NOTHING to think of now, Xavier, we can’t go on with the show! I just wanna be alone.
Star continues crying, and walks away from the ground. The friends feel pretty down, too. That's when Jamie walks up to them.
JAMIE: Hey, guys, I just got off the phone with the network executive. He said the show didn’t go as much as planned, but, you all did so great hosting it tonight. You should be proud of yourselves, 'cause I am!
BANJO: Thanks, Jamie, but, this is not a good time for good news - this is a time for BAD news! You see, Star tried doing himself a musical number on the stage with Elle Fanning, and we didn’t have time to rehearse, and the set got wrecked up, and Star was feeling bad about it and... and... he just ran away from all this.
Banjo has tears in her eyes and is heard crying softly.
BEAN: Aww, not you, too.
EASTON: Oh, well, don't cry, Banjo. We'll think of something.
Banjo stops her crying and looks up at her friends.
BANJO: We will?
NOODLE: Yeah. Now, we need something to entertain the audience AND to cheer Star up!
JAMIE: How about another song that could help make everyone happy?
EASTON: But, we don’t have any other songs to play!
TAYLOR: Hey, have you ever heard of that Disney movie from 1995, "The Hunchback of Notre Dame?"
NOODLE, BANJO, CHICA, EASTON, TURNER, ACIA, ANN, ALEX, NICHOLAS, RICKY, CURTIS, OTIS, and JAMIE: The Hunchback of Notre Dame?
TAYLOR: Yeah, that one. I'm telling you about it because there's a song from it called, "Someday," specifically the version by the group All4One.
JAMIE: Taylor, why are you involved in our situation when you have your own situation?
TAYLOR: Look, I may be locked in here, but, I am the real host and, it’s on a tape, so, you should play what I suggest.
JAMIE: But, we don’t have a tape of that song, "Someday."
TAYLOR: Well, it's a VHS tape reading, "Someday," with the group name, "All4One," underneath, and it’s
PATTY: Stuck in here with us!
Patty shows the tape that Taylor was talking about.
TAYLOR: D'oh!
