Tweenies OC - Shea

This is Shea, Maddie's 3-year-old and somewhat shy younger brother. He doesn't go to Oakdale Playgroup despite being the same age (and color) as Jake, but he does visit sometimes. He's kind, caring, and loves his sister and just about everyone. He originally lived in Tweenieville before Maddie and the other Tweenies picked him up for a family party at the playgroup, which you can read about on FanFiction or WattPad (search "Meet Maddie's Baby Brother").
