Forrest Harding OC Shelly Martin-ized

This is Forrest Harding, who played Chica on The Sunny Side Up Show when it launched in 2007 and in The Chica Show, Gingerbread Boy and an Ice T parody that was a literal letter T on SSU, Sharon, Reginald, Otis, and a potato in The Sprout Sharing Show, Tony in Noodle and Doodle, and Hatty in Ruff-Ruff, Tweet and Dave. I was planning on having him and Stacia in the finale of Children's Television Appreciation Ceremony, since Caroll Spinney (Forrest puppeteered Oscar in his April, 2008 SSU appearance to Caroll's vioce) and his wife Debi were in the finale of the original special, but just like them, aren't in the group photo.
