Sprout OCs - Peter and Lara

Lara is Noodle's 5-year-old cousin who is always seen crying, though for unknown reasons - despite her friends' efforts to cheer her up, she is never happy. She lives with her human friend Peter in a yellow house next door to Miles and Banjo.

And yes, Lara is inspired by Gooble, a white ghost who the Gabba friends often butt heads with.
