Blue's Perfect Present

Alright, so according to this Tapatalk forum, according to "Anytime Playdate", which is a 2000s book about preschool shows, it was announced that when Angela C. Santomero and Alice Wilder started production on Super WHY! on PBS, they struck a deal with Nickelodeon, home of Angela's previous show, Blue's Clues, to produce movie-length episodes of the show, which were cancelled in real-life but exist in my timeline as "family specials" (think Shining Time Station's) and are each based on a Blue's Clues book, except with the addition of Joe, and this is the second of them:

Summary: For Magenta's birthday, Joe plays Blue's Clues to figure out what Blue's present for her should be, all while looking at the other housemates' presents.

Genre: Animated film, Family (as it being a "family special" suggests)
Directed by: Koyalee Chanda (Magenta's voice actress)

Based on:
Blue's Clues (Angela C. Santomero, Traci Paige Johnson (Blue's voice actress), and Todd Kessler)
The book of the same name

Written by: Jeff Borkin
Storyboards: Maria Elias
Art directors: Ian Chernichaw, Scott Dodson
Animation director: Dale Clowdis

Score composers: Nick Balaban (Mr. Salt's voice actor), Michael Rubin (Mailbox's voice actor)

Sound effects: Joel Valentine, Hanna-Barbera

Previous specials: Mrs. Pepper's Mother's Day

Following specials:
Hooray for Polka Dots
Magenta's Super Sleepover

Additional details:
In the original book, Blue can talk. In this adaptation, she can still bark.
