2000, What a Year That Was

This was my 2000th deviation on this site, so this is kind of a milestone picture - it's a representation of projects that came out in the year 2000, all of which are or will be turning 25 this year.

Here are the characters:
Vincent Van Goat, representing the Baby Einstein video "Baby Van Gogh" (August 15, a day after a show we'll get to later and same day as a video we'll get to in the honorable mentions section)
Kuzco, representing the Disney movie "The Emperor's New Groove" (December 10)
Leona, representing the premiere of the PBS KIDS show "Between the Lions" (April 3)
Clifford the Big Red Dog, representing his show's premiere on PBS stations (September 3)
Sesame Workshop house, representing the organization's new name and logo (August)
G-Clef, representing "Blue's Big Musical Movie" (October 3)
Rudy the Reindeer (AKA Baby Santa), representing the Baby Einstein video "Baby Santa('s Music Box)" (November 1 - perfect timing)
Dora "the Explorer" Marquez, representing her show's premiere on the Nick Jr. block on Nickelodeon (August 14, a day before Baby Van Gogh and another video we'll get to later)
Lady, representing "Thomas and the Magic Railroad" (July 9)
Oobi, representing his show's premiere on NOGGIN
Quackers the Duck, representing "Arthur's Perfect Christmas" (September 12, a bit too early)

Honorable mentions:
The Wiggles video "It's a Wiggly, Wiggly World"
The Barney video "Come on Over to Barney's House" (August 15, same day as Baby Van Gogh and a day after Dora)
Caillou premiering on PBS with the puppet segments
ZOOM season 2 (January 4)/The Making of ZOOM (January 3) (Season 3 was filmed that summer so I didn't know how to represent my very favorite PBS series)
Blue's Big Pajama Party
How the Grinch Stole Christmas (with Jim Carrey)
Seussical the Musical

Inspired by Tony Whitaker's drawings of the first 49 Sesame Street seasons to commemorate the show's 50th anniversary in 2019 and CaitiMatt2004's deviations over on DeviantArt.
