Jennifer Barnhart OC Shelly Martin-ized

This is Jennifer Barnhart. For Sprout, she voiced the character of Mrs. C (Chica's mom) on The Chica Show, with Ali J. Eisner (Banjo's puppeteer) providing the puppetry. She also played characters in (inhales) Sesame Street, Between the Lions, Lomax the Hound of Music, Oobi, Bear in the Big Blue House, Julie's Greenroom, Me and My Friends (the live-action pilot for The Backyardigans), and even the Broadway show Avenue Q, which I saw a production of from the company SPARC.
