Ellen Nelson

From the 2005 Bedtime ident, Ellen is Alex's mother who serves as the senior vice president of programming for the network that airs Up Late. She sometimes checks in with the gang and updates them on things, but otherwise she is mostly busy with Kyle (the channel's president).
