The Lies We Tell Our Kids

After skimming through Reddit posts, I decided I'd make this picture of parents/carers in the Sprout hills telling their kids the most common lies real-life parents tell their own: When Banjo was 3½ in early 2001 and it was late at night but she wanted to watch her (then) favorite show, Kari and Friends, Miles told her she couldn't watch it right now because Kari was "sleeping" (other parents say that shows "only work" at daycare/grandma's house, or if they banned a show, that the main character is "on vacation"), Leo told Star that if he swalloed a watermelon seed, that a watermelon would sprout up from his (non-existent) belly button, there's a Chuck E. Cheese right next door to Sprout Farm, and when Alfalfa was also 3½ in early 1994, her mom, Bean, told her she could only go there if it was her birthday or if she was invited to a party there (though we all know that's not true - you can go to CEC whenever you want!), and finally (Niko might like this), Mr. C tells Chica that ice cream trucks only make music when they're out of ice cream.
