Narcoleptic Toddler

This story takes place in the year 1994, when Alfalfa was 3½ years old and in daycare. Bean was picking her up early so they could have lunch at a favorite restaurant, Snarky's, they both LOVED the french fries there, and when she arrived, it was nap time. She tried to wake her up to no avail - she probably liked her nice, cozy cot she didn't want to get out of it. Alfalfa was really hyper at the time, so the daycare supervisor, Ms. Nayzor, said she fell asleep right away. Carefully, Bean got her still asleep daughter out, put her in the car and buckled her in, and arrived at Snarky's, where Alfalfa woke up as soon as they got in.
